Table Captain – host a table of ten, serve the entire community.
Details: By hosting a table at our annual fundraising breakfast, you'll be critical to the success of the event. The breakfast is a great excuse to get friends and community members together and introduce them to a great cause. As an added inducement, we promise that rubber chicken will not be served.
Your mission (should you choose to accept):
- Attend a Table Captain kick off training session.
- Be in close contact with your assigned Outreach Committee member on your progress leading up to the fundraising breakfast.
- Develop “dream guest list” of 12-14 potential guests to join you at your table.
- Invite potential guests to attend one of our monthly information sessions with you as their first introduction to CCNB.
- Invite potential guests to attend other scheduled special events with you, such as our High School Graduation or AmeriCorps Capstone Reflections on Service.
- Send “save the date” cards to potential guests and confirm attendance.
- Submit final guest list with contact information to CCNB Fund Development staff.
- At breakfast, greet guests and pass out and collect pledge cards from guests when instructed by the master of ceremonies.
- Thank guests for attending event.
